About Me
I am a qualified Guidance Counsellor based in the west of Ireland, with numerous years of experience in the education sector.
I bring a genuine, hardworking and caring approach to career guidance. Having seen the lack of clear information and support available around post-school opportunities, I am passionate about helping young people and adults make confident, informed decisions about their future.
I understand that these choices can feel overwhelming. My aim is to provide a calm, supportive and practical space where you can explore your options and move forward with clarity.
Qualifications
I hold a Master of Arts in Guidance Counselling and Lifespan Development from the University of Limerick.
I also hold a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education and Biology from Dublin City University (DCU).
As part of my work, I use recognised psychometric and aptitude assessments to support informed career decision-making.
My Approach
My approach combines professional psychometric assessment with personalised guidance and practical support.
I focus on helping you understand your strengths, interests and potential pathways, while also providing clear, realistic options for your next steps.

I am based in Claremorris, Co. Mayo, and offer both in-person and online consultations.
Online sessions allow me to support students, parents and adults nationwide.
